Classical Hatha Yoga with Jean Popovic A traditional, earth-rooted practice that balances steadiness and energy. Blocks, bolsters, and straps are used thoughtfully to support alignment, stability, and ease. Through mindful movement, conscious breath, and moments of stillness, this class helps you ground, strengthen, and return to your natural balance. Jean Popovich has been walking the path of yoga for over fifteen years, weaving together movement, breath, and awareness as a living practice. She is also an Ayurveda Wellness Counsellor trained through the Kerala Ayurveda Academy. Rooted in ancient wisdom, Ayurveda is the healing expression of yoga, guiding us toward balance and harmony through conscious nourishment, intentional movement, breath, and meditation. Jean’s calm, grounded presence creates a welcoming space where these teachings come alive. With clarity and compassion, she gently translates complex concepts into embodied understanding, offering mindful guidance on postures, breathwork, and their subtle effects on body and spirit. Under Jean’s guidance, students experience deep stress relief, renewed focus, and a sense of inner alignment. Her teaching extends beyond the mat, supporting each student in cultivating a personal practice that nurtures self-awareness, resilience, and lasting well-being.

In the event that you are unable to attend a scheduled class or workshop we request at least a 24 hour notice. This allows us to offer your spot to another member of our wonderful community. Unfortunately, we are not able to give refunds if cancellation notice is given after 24 hours. As each class has a unique offering we do not offer exchanges.
