Are you interested in going deeper in your yoga practice? Would you enjoy one-on-one support? Perhaps you would like to further explore meditation, mantra, philosophy, flower essences, breath-work, sound-healing, inner journeys, or are interested in a small-group practice?! I have opened Private Sessions again, and ohhhh I LOVE THEM! Please email or text for further details and inquire about a session that is personalized just for YOU! Or gift one to a friend! Sessions are typically $90 for a private or semi-private 90-minute session in our Boxborough studio, or $100 in your home. Swaha!

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you are unable to attend a scheduled class or workshop we request at least a 24 hour notice. This allows us to offer your spot to another member of our wonderful community. Unfortunately, we are not able to give refunds if cancelation notice is given after 24 hours. As each class has a unique offering we do not offer exchanges. Thank you for your understanding as we nuture and grow our loving community and our healing santcuary.
