It’s another Witchy Wednesday! Join Jen, Michele, our own fiber artist friend Pat Huckery, and our magical sisterhood as we gather to celebrate Imbolc ~ the sacred midpoint between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox, when the light has quietly begun its return and the Earth stirs beneath the frost. Traditionally celebrated around February 1st, Imbolc marks the beginning of lambing season and the first true signs of new life awakening after the long winter rest. Its name means “in the belly,” a potent reminder that even when nothing appears to be happening on the surface, life is gathering, growing, and preparing to emerge. This is a holy time devoted to Brigid, the goddess of fire, healing, poetry, and renewal, as the days slowly lengthen and the promise of spring begins to hum beneath our feet. Together, we’ll work with wool as a sacred symbol of fertility, warmth, protection, and transformation ~ playing, crafting, and blessing with intention as we honor what is gestating within us and within the land itself. Through ritual, sisterhood, and seasonal magic, we’ll listen for what is ready to be born and gently align ourselves with the rhythm that is already unfolding. Come celebrate the turning of the wheel with us as we officially begin our journey back toward the light...tending the spark, trusting the timing, and letting the song of spring begin to find us.
